2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of services on winbad, you are required to create a registered account. You may only hold one account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
2.2 Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winbad will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
2.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may register only one account. Attempting to circumvent this restriction by using different names, addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses is a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)
winbad may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be withheld until satisfactory verification is completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

winbad supports a range of locally trusted payment methods to ensure seamless transactions for players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Payouts to mobile wallets such as bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
winbad maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.
3.5 Failed and Reversed Transactions
winbad is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or factors outside our reasonable control. If a deposit does not credit your account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

winbad offers a variety of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out below.

4.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
4.2 One Bonus Per Household
Promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. winbad reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion if it determines that abuse or exploitation of the promotion has occurred.
4.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to check applicable expiry dates.
4.4 winbad's Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers
winbad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already met the qualifying conditions, earned bonus funds will remain valid for the original stated wagering period.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

  1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by winbad. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

  3. Palpable Errors: winbad will not be bound by any bet placed as a result of an obvious pricing error (palpable error). Any bets placed on an event at odds that are clearly incorrect may be cancelled and refunded at the original stake.
  4. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement has elapsed. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).
  5. In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds movements. winbad uses automated systems to update odds; delays in your internet connection may result in a bet being accepted at a different price than that displayed at the time of submission.
  6. Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino game or crash game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. winbad's decision on all technical disputes is final.
  7. Responsible Play: All players are expected to play for entertainment purposes. winbad supports responsible gaming and provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account dashboard.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbad Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.1 Fraudulent Activity
Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; provision of fraudulent identity documents; or any other conduct intended to deceive winbad or its payment partners.
6.2 Collusion and Match Fixing
Any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, or to collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair betting advantage, is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bots to complete wagering requirements, or hedging bonus bets across accounts.
6.4 Automated Software
Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from winbad.

Zero Tolerance Policy: winbad operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, match fixing, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and reported as required. Accounts found in breach will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the winbad Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, database structures, and the overall look and feel of the site, is the intellectual property of winbad or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of winbad.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbad and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

winbad does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, winbad's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which winbad operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through winbad's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
